    So glad we stumbled across this place for a casual lunch! Authentic no frill cantonese dishes, everything is SO AFFORDABLE especially for SF - everything on the menu is under $10. The staff is super friendly and the food came out really quickly. Note that they are CASH ONLY!! Can't wait to come back here again :)

    Idk about you but I love cheap finds and Utopia Cafe is one of them. I mean... where can you have a decent meal for under $10??? It still blows my mind how affordable this spot is. Definitely a hidden gem in SF CT. Love that they have a menu that is not too overwhelming. My go to is their pork knuckle noodle soup along with their pork liver if I'm feeling extra rich.

    Went for a late lunch on New Year's Day and was very happy to see they were open! I got take out here a lot during Covid specifically for the beef noodle soup, but this was my first time dining in. Unfortunately was not as good as I remembered. The soup is definitely the best part, although a tad oily. The noodles were average, but you get a heaping amount. The soup also has a few vegetables and really well cooked beef. For the prices the portion size is amazing. When you dine in there are a few extra fees though and somehow you're required to tip twice. Overall still a relatively low price, but it would make more sense to just change the value on the menu as to not confuse customers. Would still go back again to try the rest of the menu!

    Authentic Cantonese cuisine. Just what I was craving. I went into this restaurant because I saw a lot of elderly Cantonese/Chinese people dining here during lunch time on a Monday afternoon. Most of the tables were full, and the restaurant was lively with conversation. I ordered a beef noodle soup and absolutely enjoyed it. I ate every last bit and enjoyed slurping the broth. For $7, I had a very filling, enjoyable lunch! The service is quick and courteous. Thank you!
